Training

One of the continuing successes of the Indiana Chapter collaborative efforts is the ChildFirst/Finding Words Indiana training program. 

This program serves as a catalyst for training professionals in the multidisciplinary team approach to investigations, acts a springboard for many networking and mentoring relationships and offers ongoing opportunities for Chapter development and expansion. 

Since March of 2002 there have been 33 sessions of ChildFirst/Finding Words Indiana with over14,350 professionals in 79 counties trained in the multidisciplinary team approach to investigations.

Many Indiana Chapter members serve on the Board of the Indiana Child Advocacy Center’s Coalition, the entity that produces the ChildFirst/Finding Words Indiana training program.
